By registering and accessing Safal Classes (via web, mobile applications, or offline centers), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms strictly comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Ministry of Education’s 'Guidelines for Regulation of Coaching Centers 2024', and the 'Bihar Coaching Institute (Control & Regulation) Act, 2010'. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

In accordance with the MoE Guidelines 2024, Safal Classes strictly prohibits the enrollment of students below the age of 16 years for competitive exam preparation. Students must have successfully concluded secondary school examinations before enrolling in our specialized coaching programs. For school-level tuition (11th & 12th Boards), enrollment is strictly mapped to the school curriculum without false assurances.

Safal Classes believes in honest education. We strictly adhere to the guidelines against misleading advertisements. We do not make any false claims or guarantee specific marks, ranks, or assured admissions to medical, engineering, or paramedical institutions. Our role is to provide expert guidance, quality study material, and a conducive learning environment. Success depends on the student's personal hard work and dedication.

Our fee structure is fair, reasonable, and fully transparent, with no hidden charges. In compliance with the Coaching Act, if a student decides to leave the course midway, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 10 days for the remaining period of the course. Student mental health is our top priority. We do not exert undue academic pressure. Our curriculum is designed to allow adequate time for rest and recreation. We provide continuous access to counseling services, and our tutors are trained to support students facing academic stress. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination or harassment on our platform or in our centers.

You are required to provide accurate information during registration. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited and is monitored. Unauthorized account sharing or multi-device abuse will result in immediate termination of the account without any refund.

All educational content, video lectures, test series, and PDFs provided by Safal Classes are our exclusive property, protected by the Copyright Act, 1957. Content is licensed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized downloading, piracy, or distribution will lead to strict legal action under the IT Act, 2000.

As mandated by the Coaching Institute Regulations, all our educators possess the minimum qualification of graduation and are highly experienced in their respective domains. We maintain optimal student-to-teacher ratios in both our online and offline batches to ensure personalized attention and interactive doubt-clearing sessions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms, or your use of the Safal Classes platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and the competent authority (District Magistrate/Appellate Authority) located in Patna, Bihar.
