At Safal Classes, we prioritize student satisfaction and educational quality above all. We understand that sometimes plans change or a course might not be the right fit. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and compliant with leading EdTech standards.

Live Batches & Courses

We offer a 5-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all our comprehensive Live Batches, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund Window: Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of the batch start date or purchase date (whichever is later).
  • Content Consumption: Refunds are only applicable if you have consumed less than 20% of the scheduled content (live classes + recordings) and attempted fewer than 2 tests.
  • Reason: While we appreciate feedback, we respect your decision. Valid refund requests within the window are processed without aggressive retention tactics.

Note: Refunds are NOT applicable for "Crash Courses" or special short-term revision batches (duration < 45 days) due to the accelerated nature of the curriculum.

Non-Refundable Categories

To protect our intellectual property and maintain affordable pricing, refunds are NOT available for:

Recorded (VOD) Courses

Since the entire content is instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds for VOD courses.

Test Series & eBooks

Digital consumables like Test Series, PDF Notes, and eBooks are non-refundable once accessed.

Physical Study Materials

For books and physical study kits shipped to your address:

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (usually within 24 hours).
  • Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please send an unboxing video to support@safalclasses.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
